The best way to lose excess weight on your arms is to do strength training. Lots of people don't try this because they are scared it will bulk up their arms more--but the opposite is true. To get slimmer arms, follow these exercises daily. Also try to get at least 20 minutes of cardio exercise a day and follow a healthy diet.
Push ups
Get on all fours with your arms shoulder-width in front of you and straightened. Carefully straighten your legs behind you with your toes bent on the floor. Suck in your stomach, and slowly lower your belly to the floor by bending your arms. Then slowly straighten your arms again until you are back in the start position. Repeat 15 times, and then repeat the whole process a another 2 times.
Tricep dips
Take a strong chair or low table top. Face away from it with the heels of your hands on the edge of the chair behind you. Walk your feet away until they are half-bent. Then bend your arms so you are lowering yourself onto the floor, with your arms supporting your body weight, and hold for five seconds. Then lift yourself back up to the starting position. Do three sets of 15 repetitions.
Tricep press
Get two weights that weigh the same--two cans of beans will do. Hold one weight in each hand and hold your arms straight up over your head. Slowly lower the weights behind your head until your elbow is making a 90 degree angle. Make sure your ears are covered by your arms throughout the exercise. Raise the weights back up to above your head and repeat 15 times. Repeat the whole process twice.
